These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Raph ("the app"), an AI-powered pet food scanner and health intelligence application. By using Raph, you agree to these Terms.
Raph provides AI-powered pet food analysis, health tracking, medication management, and an AI pet health assistant for dogs and cats. The app uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to analyze pet food ingredients, provide nutritional scores, and offer health insights personalized to your pet.
Raph is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. All information, scores, recommendations, and AI responses provided by Raph are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be used as a basis for medical decisions about your pet. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately.
Food scores, ingredient analyses, health insights, breed profiles, medication information, and chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
By using Raph, you acknowledge that:
You must be at least 13 years old to use Raph. You create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
Raph offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings.
You agree not to:
Raph and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Raph and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your pet data and content you create within the app remain yours.
Your use of Raph is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Raph, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Raph integrates with third-party services including OpenAI (AI processing), Supabase (data storage), and Apple (authentication and payments). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
